Researchers at the University of Strathclyde are seeking people who stammer to complete an online survey about drug treatments for stammering.
Chief Investigator Dr Allan McGroarty says, “Despite considerable efforts made researching drug treatments for stammering, little is known about how the wider stammering community perceives these treatments. This study will examine the beliefs of people who stammer towards drug treatments for stammering, and will assess how likely stammerers would be to initiate a drug treatment for their stammering, and what factors might influence that decision.”
As a person who stammers, your opinions on this topic are important to us.
The online survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and all responses will be anonymous. To participate, you must be a person who stammers aged 18 to 65 years.
