A night of stuttering stand up comedy

Irish Stammering Association presents a night of stand up comedy featuring three acts who – as well as being funny – also stutter. Conor O’Toole hosts our evening with these three fine acts:

– Aidan Green – “(500) Days of Stammer”

– Nina G – “San Francisco Bay Area’s favorite female stuttering stand up comedian*” [*granted she is the only one]

– Mark Noonan – “the king of intersectionality and the man for whom sorry isn’t always the hardest word”

The event takes place on Tuesday 20th June in the Workmans Club (Vintage Room), Wellington Quay, Dublin 2. Doors open at 8 p.m.

€10 pay on the door. All proceeds to ISAYiT! drama group for young people who stutter.

We would love to see you there!

Conor O’Toole has been bringing his offbeat comedy stylings to Dublin audiences for over eight years. An Edinburgh Fringe favourite, his shows have garnered numerous four and five star reviews. Whether compressing the history of fonts into a light show for children, playing songs about dying professions on his trusty spring-on-a-stick, or eating half of a poisonious dosage of cloves, Conor attempts to entertain people in ways they haven’t been entertained before, and usually succeeds.

Aidan Greene is a multi award-winning Comedian from Cavan. He’s a regular across all of Ireland’s top comedy clubs and festivals. Among other awards he has won the Chortle Student Comedy People’s Choice award and the prestigious Moth Storyslam. Come see him before he heads to the Edinburgh Festival with his show (500) Days of Stammer. He’s an act not to be missed.

Nina G is the San Francisco Bay Area’s favorite female stuttering stand up comedian (granted she is the only one). She is a comedian, disability activist, storyteller, children’s book author and educator. She brings her humor to help people confront and understand social justice issues such as disability, diversity, and equity. Nina shares her wit and wisdom with corporations, colleges, community/Disability awareness events and media interviews.

Mark lives in Kildare with his lovely wife and grown-up children (humans and canine) where he devotes his time to promoting world peace. Mark has a long association with ISA and has performed comedy and drama with the Gaiety School of Acting.
