The Irish Stammering Association have been working with a number of employers over the last 5 years to support them in developing a greater understanding of what stammering is and how best to support people who stammer in their teams.

Andrea Dermody is a Diversity and Inclusion consultant and leader based in Ireland. Andrea is a respected voice on diversity and inclusion matters for the Irish industry. Andrea has over two decades of experience implementing successful and sustainable diversity and inclusion strategies. Most recently Andrea has been appointed as the Programme Director of Balance for Better Business, an independent business-led review group established by the government to improve gender balance in senior leadership in Ireland. Andrea has many accolades across different industries for her work in this field.
